We have recently improved the education and employment verification reports in order to provide more comprehensive information to our clients. These reports now provide the information that was given by the applicant. This allows the client to better compare results. The new employment verification report will also indicate if the information was given by someone other than an authorized Human Resources manager.

Below is a sample of the new education verification report:
While verifying education, a discrepancy was located between what was reported by the applicant and the educational institution. As there is the possibility of record keeping errors, prior to taking adverse action based on the below results, it is recommended that the applicant be asked to provide relevant documents concerning their educational history.
