Effective immediately, this number replaces the following two toll free fax numbers:

The Validity Team Continues to Grow

Validity is pleased to announce the following new staff members have joined our growing team:

• Denise Dillon has joined Validity as their new Communications Manager. She will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and all external client communications. Most recently she was on the marketing team at Reece & Nichols Realtors corporate office. Dillon has a Bachelor of Arts in business/communications with an emphasis in marketing from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D.

• Haylee Youngberg has joined Validity as an Administrative Assistant. She will be responsible for maintaining office organization and conference preparation.

• Chrystal Kepley, Katie Davis, and Jeff Reynolds have joined Validity’s growing customer care department as Client Relations Specialists. Their responsibilities include working with new clients, daily processing duties and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Carolyn Raper-Hortua has joined Validity as their new Client Relations Manager. Raper-Hortua has worked in the background investigations industry for nearly six years and most recently was employed by Kroll Government Services. She will be responsible for managing and training the client relations specialists and quality assurance department and maintaining department standards. Her educational history includes a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Iowa State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law.
