Validity is very involved in local and national events. Below are some of the upcoming events we will be participating in.

American Dental Education Association (ADEA)
The 85th ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition is being held at the Hilton Antole Hotel in Dallas from March 31st through April 1st, 2008.
ADEA is the premier association serving the predoctoral, postdoctoral, and allied dental education community. They address contemporary issues influencing education, research, and the delivery of oral health care for the improvement of public health.

American Association of Community Colleges (AACC)
The 88th Annual AACC Convention is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia from April 5th through April 7th, 2008.
AACC is the primary advocacy organization for community colleges at the national level and works closely with directors of state offices to inform and affect state policy.

Jayhawk Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Meeting
Darren Dupriest, President of Validity Screening Solutions, will be speaking on state and federal regulations regarding information used in the hiring process such as criminal background checks, employment and education verifications, professional reference checks and consumer reports. This event is being held at Maceli’s (1031 New Hampshire) in Lawrence, KS, April 10th, 2008.
Darren will be speaking at 10:30 AM.

The Jayhawk chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is affiliated with the National SHRM organization. They serve as a catalyst for developing local HR professionals, provide current, accurate and cutting edge information related to the field of human resources and its members, and promote sharing of HR knowledge.
