Validity Screening Solutions announced that it has acquired Fairfield Information Services, a Lancaster, Ohio based provider of background checks and drug screening. The company’s operations have been moved to Validity headquarters located in Overland Park, Kansas.

The deal will increase Validity’s client base to over 3,600 accounts across the country.
