Paperless Invoicing
Validity offers the option for you to receive your monthly invoice by e-mail. You will receive the same monthly invoice but in a convenient e-mail. Reduce unwanted paper and shredding.

Credit Card and ACH Payments
Validity offers the option of paying your invoices by credit card. We keep your account information on file and automatically charge your credit card when your invoice is due. Payments may also be made via an ACH transaction.

Validity's Online System, iDsource
Validity’s online account management system, iDsource is a user friendly system that allows you to manage all aspects of your background account online – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Place orders, review status reports, retrieve archived reports and much, much more.

Drug Testing Guidelines
To preserve accuracy, applicants should take a drug test within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the chain of custody.
