Validity Screening Solutions Newsletter - November 2008

Validity’s employees are very involved with many local charitable organizations. Below are some recent activities we have participated in.

Meals-on-Wheels
Members of the Validity team delivered food for the Overland Park, KS Meals-on Wheels program. Meals-On-Wheels provide meals to millions of seniors throughout the United States. Through such programs, seniors who could not or would not otherwise eat properly are provided with services that help them live a healthy and enjoyable life.

The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN)
Members of the Validity team volunteered and participated in FAAN’s Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward a Cure on October 25th in Kansas City.
The mission of FAAN is to raise public awareness, to provide advocacy and education, and to advance research on behalf of all those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City
Members of the Validity team prepared lunch for guest families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City, MO.
Ronald McDonald House Charities provides a "home away from home" for families who must travel to Kansas City for their child's medical care...a place where families can maintain the comforting routines of day-to-day life during a stressful time.

Project Warmth
Validity employees donated an abundant amount of coats and blankets to the local Project Warmth collection in Kansas City, MO.
The purpose of Project Warmth is to make winter months more bearable for thousands of area residents in need. Project Warmth helps families with children and the elderly, who are especially at risk during winter months.
