In order to quickly process your background requests, it is helpful if you submit the most accurate and complete information about your applicant.

When submitting an order via our online management system, iDsource, or an order form, please make sure to do the following:

Please enter all information correctly
Any incorrect information slows the process and can result in a charge for services that automatically complete.

Submit an order form with a signed release form
We cannot process a background request with only an applicant’s release form.

Education Verifications
Please include both the start and end dates.

International Criminal Requests
Please include the applicant’s mother’s maiden name as many countries require this information.

Changes to your account
In order for us to provide you with the best customer service, please keep us updated on changes with your business, which include address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, account users, etc.
